Our workshops are crash courses into the industry.

We feel so strongly about them that if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our workshops we will gladly refund the cost of the class.

Can't make an industry workshop?

Our programs can be modified to meet your time and budget requirements. They can be done "in-store" as part of your training program and can be taught in Spanish.

Our classes are on going and most are kept to a maximum of 10 people per class in order to give individual attention and answer every question. Please contact us for more dates and class availability.

Web Classes Also Available

A webclass is a live presentation over the web. You are able to watch the slideshow from your own computer, in real time, and participate over the phone in real time. You wil be able to speak directly with the teacher and ask questions. Once you register for a class, you'll receive the website and login information.

Speaking Engagements

Mercedes Gonzalez is available for speaking engagements at schools, organizations and groups. Any of our presentations can be done as part of an "on site" training program. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least a 2 day notice to cancel any reservations. If you are paying in cash or check at the time of the class, a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. If you cancel within 2 days you may use your credit for a future class or if you prefer a refund a 10% cancel fee will be issued.

While it happens rarely, we have the right to cancel a workshop. A full refund will be issued.
